Credit reporting agencies do not have to remove accurate and verifiable information about you. No amount of disputing, suing or threatening will convince them to remove accurate information.

Since you have stated you didn't pay and they charged you off, we are talking about accurate information.

Fortunately you have some leverage. That leverage is that YOU OWE THESE PEOPLE MONEY. In some cases thousands of dollars. They'd like to get something for this debt.

They think that if they just insist you pay them and offer you nothing in return that eventually you'll just give up, pay them off, and they'll saddle you with 7 years of bad credit.

In essence, they want you to PAY and they will give you NOTHING IN RETURN. That's bogus, dude. Don't do it.

If you feel the need to spend money to improve your credit report and you don't understand or don't want to do what I previously suggested, then get yourself some secured credit cards and wait the bad credit out. If you want a FICO of 680 you need 10 good credit references for every one bad.

If you're interested in seeing if those debts can be purchased, email me and maybe we could work something out.
