You're right, although you don't say anything about the discriminatory tendancies of credit scoring (or lack of same) you do quote two sources that claim credit scoring is discriminatory.

It might just be an oversight, but considering that Fair, Isaac's website makes the claim "Scoring has proven to be an accurate and consistent measure of repayment for all people who have some credit history. In other words, at a given score, non-minority and minority applicants are equally likely to pay as agreed." I figured you would draw people's attention to both sides of the debate and let them make their own decision.

If I misinterpreted your own feelings on the matter, I'm sorry. That is, however, the impression I got from your website.
