I gave Fair, Isaac more links and a higher position on the page. They have had ample opportunity to state their weak case; my email address is available to them. Henry Luce wrote, "complete neutrality ... is probably as undesirable as it is impossible." Did you see the subtitle of the site: "A bleak account"? Did I mislead you, too, in my initial comment at the top of the site? You know, where I say, "... you are not their customer, you are their product", or, "Welcome to Information Warfare"? Or, how about the timeline section: "Be seated when you read it; try not to fall out of your chair... laughing or otherwise"?

You figured wrong. I'm not doing that here, either, am I?
