I can see I'm going to have to break this down even more for you.

You stated, "I would recommend to any Cadillac Owner (1978 Eldo) (Red) that he carefully review the Fair, Isaac research. A person who wants to achieve good credit should have the following:... "

But I said I wanted to know how to get a "perfect" score (see your quote of my statement, again). Then, to complicate things even more, you started talking about "average."

If I wanted average, I would have asked for average. But average scores get average terms. To answer your question, no, I don't want to be average. I want low rates, high loan-to-value ratios, lower mortgage insurance rates, fewer conditions to resolve, more pre-approved offers, better insurance rates.

Do you still not see the point? Are you still going to answer a question I'm not asking?

Where did I ask how to get an average score? I ask for perfect... you give me average. Now, do you see? I hate to see you go running off and answering, with those huge rambling posts, questions I'm not even asking. Average. Perfect. Average. Perfect. See the difference?

Here's a tip: you can say you don't know if you don't know.
