FNMA - Nationsbanc - KeyCorp

PROOF of their FRAUD

I have personally reviewed the original money order receipts for Cindi's mortgage payments.  Since they're not posted, I thought I'd post some proof for those doubting minds.

How those criminals called FNMA operate.

Exhibit D:  US Bankruptcy Court Final Report and Account - Case concluded Thu May 26, 1994

This document proves that Cindi fulfilled her obligations and made ALL payments through May 94.

The court also voided the illegal KeyCorp foreclosure sale.

Exhibit B: The July 14, 1995 Reinstatement Breakdown supplied by Cal Western Reconveyance Corporation  (unaltered scan in new window)

This document proves that in July 1995, when Cindi was a few months delinquent, FNMA claimed that Cindi become delinquent on 3/1/94.  Not only would they never wait 17 months to foreclose, but the Bankruptcy Court Final Report and Account clearly shows that the account was current in May 94.

This is NOT at all a mistake. Cindi had explained this to her lawyer,  the bank employees and lawyers, regulators ...  Then I explained it to everybody again.

Nobody gave a damn.

Cindi was assured that the 12 extra payments would be applied to her account as future payments.  She never received any accounting, but the monthly statements showed the loan as current -- until they started foreclosing again.

After working with many borrowers in bankruptcy and/or foreclosure, I estimate that in at least 80% of the cases the lenders added entirely fraudulent and fictitious charges.

The corporate advances are very popular, but I also see many "lost" payments.

When predators go hunting, they seek out the weak, the old, the injured and the young.

Bankers are no different.  Rarely will they make "mistakes" on a loan with no late payments and a wealthy borrower.

It often appears that the lenders take a personal interest in making life miserable for people with financial problems. No matter how much proof of payment borrowers submit, the lenders don't care.

Once bankers smell blood -- a few late payments, bad credit and/or a bankruptcy, they become almost unstoppable.  They will suck the last drop of blood out of you and no law will stop them.

Bankers are lawless and ruthless criminals - and unlike animals, they don't kill to survive.

Bankers and their agents including sheriffs, appraisers and lawyers are determined to destroy you.  They don't just want your money, their goal is to devastate you financially AND mentally, to extinguish any thought of resistance.

Only YOU can defend yourself.

Don't expect help from consumer lawyers unless you're rich.  And keep in mind that many lawyers are too stupid to count to 17.  You have to prepare the case for them.

Whether you *should* fight is the million dollar question.

It's only a house and money.

Why risk your health and sanity?  Why jeopardize your family?
