All I know about Whitney is on the Seminar page and in this forum.

A broker recently told me that the Carlton Sheets work, BUT, as always, it's a lot of work.

I'm not familiar with the FL market except that my Dad bought a duplex in Cape Coral in the early 90's and he'd sell it in a second if he could get his money back.

And of course, read the posting here ....
