Whitney vs. Sheets

Has anyone encountered any problems with the Sheets or
Whitney real estate programs? Also, can anyone tell me how they compare? Pleas answer my question, being that I am intending to buy one or the other. Also, if you can tell me what are the advantages to either one, that'd be great too. Oh,and if you live in Fl, particularly Miami, your opinion is GREATLY appreciated.
