: regarding this subject i am curious for input from people who have purchased one or both programs and actually bought a house with no money down in the denver area or other states and how they deal with realtors when you have poor credit and no cash to purchase a house. i have used some of carletons techniques when i sold my home but unable to buy another one for above reasons .please send comments on your experiences and especially if in the denver area if you have had failures or success in the purchasing of houses.
