You might want to ask GMAC who regulates them in your State and try them.

: Gmac Mortgage has now started the practice of delaying the posting of payments in order to charge it's customers a late charge. All my letters to them have been answered with an apology and a promise to correct their problem. It happened again this month. What federal regulatory agency can I complain to?
