We just had our loan transfered to GMAC in July of 1999. They have already mixed up our account information. They miss represented our loan term on their "Smart Watch update" and can't seem to get my wife's name correct. I got a statement duplicated for september and they've only had our mortgage for 3 months. I cant wait for this to end......
