Chapter 13 lease option

My situation is very unique an different from most. Husband and I are currently paying off Chapter 13 bankcruptcy and are living in a condo owned by us while renters in our other home want to buy it. We realize we can no longer go on with the bankcruptcy and need money fast so the tenants in our home wish to buy it - but w/ a lease option. Their money is tied up and cannot buy our home right now but are willing to pay a rent increase + down payment for the duration of the lease (up in 3/99). They have been in our home almost 3 yrs. and are excellent tenants w/ a great payment history and great credit rating. We had signed an agreement w/ a real estate agent to sell our home only to find out our renters wanted 1st option to buy and won't allow anyone in our home to show the property. We are all in agreement on most issues concerning the sale of our home (to the tenants) however, they do not want a real estate broker connected to the sale.
