When does your listing with the Broker expire?
Have you been happy with the services you received so far?
Has he done a lot of work, spent much money on advertising?
I don't believe your tenants can just refuse to let any prospective buyers into the house. "Normally" 24 hour advance notice is required.
WHY don't they want a broker involved?
Is the broker qualified to arrange a lease option? (Most brokers are not.) And of course, are YOU qualified?
Most important is the actual agreement you signed with the broker.
The obligatory advice is to consult with an attorney. The real life advice is to work it out.
Why don't you ask the broker to respond here?
