TOOK SAME SEMINAR I too had the same reaction as I thought it would be cheaper and would like to know some of the people in the Denver area who were one of the nine people who bought the expensive books and tapes and had any success with them or the bird dog program. I didn't have enough money to buy it at time and am thinking about buying the 89.95 for foreclosures and want to know if anyone has bought it and had success. I did buy the carleton sheets program about two years ago and have been having problems since then and unable to do anything because my credit and cash flow not sufficient and of course without either realtors won't call you back.I did use some of carletons techniques to obtain carpet and money for repairs on my townhome by obtaining a cash advance or loan from my realtor prior to sale and it worked out great as I paid him at close of house.
