I recently had a client mail me her "corrected" Experian report after she disputed.

She was sure that her student loans were reported as revolving accounts. She *thought* she had excellent credit and that her Score was so low due to incorrect student loan reporting.

It took me 90 minutes to go over all her reports. The student loans were reported as installment loans, as they should have been. However, there were several delinquent accounts.

If people can't read and understand the *supposedly* easy to read report, there MUST be something wrong.

My client was declined for a second mortgage. And there's no way she'll get a loan with a decent rate with her current score ....

Christine
