If the medical bill is only $132 then just pay it! It will be much better for you than having to explain away that collection account every time you try to apply for credit. In general medical bills won't count against you when applying for a mortgage or a car loan AFTER you had to explain that is what the collection account is for. When the collection agency reports this to the credit bureau they don't say what the debt is for. So the scoring system will grade this as a regular collection account which will pull your credet scores down.

Your responsible for the credit cards. Did your boy friend's friend still the bracelet or the credit card? If he stole the bracelet then hows that the credit card company's fault? Your still liable for the debt. If he stole the credit card then report it stollen before you end up with additional charges.
