inquiries and hospital bills

I am 22 years old with very little crdit. The only thing tha I have on my credit report is two hospital bills for $132.00. I honestly think they are the same bill but under different account numbers. I see that they are with the same collection agency and i have this stupid account with First National Bank of Marin for $567.00 and some change and a Kay Jewelers account of I think $156.00. First National Bank of Marin tricked me and charged all types of stuff to my card without my permission and Kay Jewelers I am going to have to pay them. My boyfriend bought a bracelet and with my card and his friend stole it from him. Someone told me that hospital bills really do not affect your credit, but I have been trying to buy a car and that is always on there. What about all of these inquiries. I know that a lot can hurt your credit rating. Is there a way that I can have them removed? Plese help. If any one has any answers my e-mail is tfelix@asce.org.
