I'd recommend that you publish the terms of your bk, as well as the lenders accounting statement (you may have to pay $5 for any 12 month history.)

You NAME the lender, put it all nicely on a web page, and start posting the URL in legal newsgroups, send it to media, etc. And of course you send a copy to the lender.

The lender CANNOT charge late fees IF you pay as agreed in the bk plan.

If you need web space and/or want to stay anonymous, I'll be happy to provide the space free of charge.

IF you are correct, this lender should be shut down and you should own your house free and clear. Lenders KNOW that borrowers in bankruptcy obviously have financial problems, are disorganized and often can't prove that the payments were made.

FNMA even foreclosed on and evicted a family who had made EVERY single Ch. 13 payment, counting on the borrower's inablility to fight.

Sorry for the late reply, just sold my house and got a zillion things to do. Please let us know how you're doing!
