I ALWAYS had excellent credit until last year when I was forced to file bankruptcy, due to no job and an ex-husband's debts. As an addendum to the Chapter 7, I included my home. NOW, the mortgage company has refused to let this go through on a bankruptcy and is foreclosing on the property. I want to add a statement to my credit report to let creditors know that this mortgage was supposed to be included and DISCHARGED as part of the Chapter 7 - NOT a foreclosure. How do I submit this statement to the Credit Agencies, such as TRW?
