AT&T -- PocketNet, anyone actually use this?

Are all AT&T employees as dimwitted as the webmaster?

I keep reading about their world service required with it, but it looks like most of AZ isn't part of THAT world according to their map.

What is the total cost of all equipment and all services required for PocketNet?

Since AT&T refuses to communicate via E-mail and I'm mostly relying on borrowed phone lines, the crappy GTE cell connection or I sit in the van while using Ricochet (the last 12 hours), my web access is limited and SLOW. And after several hours at that slow AT&T site I'm burnt out on AT&T.

I'd REALLY appreciate any help.
