AT&T final response: no E-mail for sales reps

There's no need to actually read the AT&T response to this thread, posted below. It's neither relevant nor accurate.

Still the nameless employee, finally advising that sales has no E-mail.

And the incredible level of stupidity is evidenced by his/her recommendation to sign up with their internet service. I need THAT like a hole in the head!

He/she goes on to promises:

"... and e-mail, all supported by unsurpassed customer service that makes it easy to use the Internet."

Unsurpassed customer service? Huh? AT&T has NO customer service! So how could it possibly be unsurpassed?

I can think of a few things that are unsurpassed:
Product ignorance and LACK of customer service.

While the date on the E-mail is the 13th, it wasn't actually sent till the 17th.
