I could noot find anything on your web site regarding Investment clubs. But since I visited it, let me ask you the following questions:
1. What is the typical Gross Rent Multiplier of the typical VA home sold at bid?
2. What is the typical property tax rate in Florida?
3. Is the usual winning bid price above or below the published asking price?
4. In the return on investment analysis done in the investor section, it is estimated that the purchase price of the property is $5000 below market value. It has been my experience that VA properties more often sell above the market value rather than below the market value. Why is your area different?

: : I have seen posts on this board requesting information on Real Estate investment clubs. I have rentals in 4 states but have never heard of any such club. Would this be a group of people pooling their monies to purchase a commercial or apartment complex? Please explain

: An investment club is the best resource an investor can have. Learning from someone's successes and failures in the business is priceless. In addition, the networking and sharing of information and assistance is outstanding. I belong to a club in Fl. I also own a few rental properties and am a licensed real estate agent. Visit our web site at http://www.harperrealty.com to find out what the buzz is all about.
