Sorry, I don't have a clue about FL foreclosure practices. If *I* was to buy in FL, I'd do an awful lot of listening to local real estate people AND I'd read some real estate law books (library.)
The best materials are probably available only through Realtor Associations, I'd look for a seminar on foreclosures for real estate agents.
