Forget the seminars, too much BS.

Real estate is regulated by STATE law. Call 411 and get the number of the Department of Real Estate in YOUR State, and ask THEM. If you're lucky, the info is even on the web.

And, please let us know how your "bird dogging" works out. Whitney seems to be doing a lot of advertising and so far I'm still waiting for a success story.
