Christine: I just recieved Russ Whitney's "live" course (about $100) in order to investigate buying low money down, distressed, positive cash flow properties . Though I have 5 yrs exp managing 61 units in CA (I now live in Seattle)
I know very little about real estate. I sent for this course before I found Bayhouse (natch). I also read some reference you made to a horror story about one of your readers exp with his organization. Any skinny appreciated! P.S. Love you site I haven't laughed this much about a serious subject in a long time ! Love your attitude . Thanx
