First of all, I don't know a thing about FL bankrupty procedures.
In my experience, the borrower has to show that he can make the payments in a Ch. 13. If he can't, a "Relief from Stay" will be granted rather quickly.
I'm sure a Florida real estate or BK attorney would know.
