My broker kept refinancing my mortgage every few months with no point no cost option at usually .3875 lower rate. Is there any pro/con to this? She kept telling me that as long as the rate is lower, it's always better to refinance with no point no cost...I think there must be some kind of hidden fee or disadvantages of doing this. What do you think?
