I'm seriously considering sueing a bank that I've been doing business with for over a year. It seems that they like to extend offers and then when I take them up on it they renig stating that a computer glich prevents them from making good on the offer. I iniatially spoke with a customer service representative who assured me that we would get it resolved. Only to find that the next representative said that the first representative had no authority to make decisions. After arguing endlessly I feel I have no choice but to sue the BANK. 1. Are there groups who will help in this pursuit and 2. Can I also sue the employee of the bank who is a bonehead for mental distress?
