From a 10/10/97 wholesale rate sheet:
Loans > $500,000 require a 700+ FICO Score
FICO 720-749 reduce rate/margin .125%
FICO >= 750 reduce rate/margin .25%
Rarely have I seen Scores of 750+, but they do exist.
