I'm told that money collected during Chapter 13 proceedures which are not paid out because the recipient did not respond to the courts query is deposited by the state to await collection. I'm looking for the website in Ohio which allows me to search for the account holding the money I paid in but was not paid out when I filed Ch 13 a few years back.Any suggestions? Feel free to respond.
