If a credit card company wins a judgment against you, but you don't have any income, what are they allowed to take? I have a little bit of school-loan money in a savings account. I also have a car and that's about all I own. I still live at home since I'm a college student. Are they allowed to clean out my saving's account? Should I withdraw my money and hide it somewhere else?
