Jeff:

This all sounds familiar. SSDD!! It is my own personal opinion that faxing them is a waste of time. They want you to go away, period!! You don't say what information you dispute. That would be helpful. I'm tempted to tell you to immediately send a certified letter to the legal department of Experian and threaten to sue. That is what finally got me reults though again it depends on your particular problem. If you don't want to start right off with the legal department then simply send your dispute to them via certified mail. Certified is very important as is PERSISTANCE!! Depending on your particular problem you may even want to consider contacting the source of information and disputing it directly with them. I believe that Christine is on the road right now. Perhaps in time she could also offer you some advice. I just can't stress to you enough....These people want you to go away and WILL throw as many road blocks in front of you as possible.

Customer Service phone numbers that I have:
(People who will lie to you and totally disregard the FCRA)
