Wrong info on credit report

My credit report contains alot of my cousins poor credit information. His name is Shawn Frazier and his social security number is not even close to mine. My credit has always been very good, but when I recently applied for a loan to build a house I was told that I was rejected due to this poor credit information of my cousins on my report. I have experienced this same situation about 5 months ago with another credit reporting agency and spent 2 months fixing that report with that credit agency. Is there any legal recourse I can take to stop this from happening?
