Help! - I Can't get wronk info. removed

I filed chapter 7 in 1994. After a long process of trying to fix the multitude of errors on my report I am still having problems with a judgement. This one was incorrectly filed against me (It should have been filed against a former employer and not me individualy) but my attorney included it in my bankruptcy. Now the case is closed and my credit report shows a judgement against me.

Does anyone have any information on how I can have this removed from my record and the court files.
