You filed again in 91, so yes, the Ch. 7 will be on for another 3 years. However, THAT should not cause you any problems at all, provided you re-established credit and paid in a timely manner since then.

: My husband and I filed Chapter 13 in December, 1988. Once the secured debt was paid, we converted to Chapter 7 in March, 1991 using the same case number. One credit reporting agency is reporting both dates. Therefore next month I can request that the December 1988 be removed, but we will still show a Chapter 7 for another 3 years for this agency. My question is can they do this?
