**//I am calling in regards to account 123456789
TRW//That account has already been verified twice, we only verify accounts once every 6 months.
**//I see nothing in the FCRA about how often an account can be verified, let me speak to your supervisor.
TRW//Okay, Sir? I just spoke with my supervisor and I can re-verify that account.
**//I just spoke to them. They said that no one has ever verified this account. When did you verify this account?
TRW//Well, I don't know. I don't have the dates.
**//This account was unrated, you are still showing this account as an R-9//B-9 charge off.
TRW//Wait a minute, your telling me that you just spoke to the bank and they told you that this account was unrated?
**//That's right. I just spoke to "Jane" at 1/800-XXX-XXXX.
TRW//Okay, hold on, just hold on.
TRW//Okay sir, I have "Jane" on the line and she has confirmed that the account was unrated. As I explained to "Jane" the charge off is a matter of history and can't be changed. I'll let you talk to her.
**//Hello? Experian? They have already hung up................

Section 611 of the FCRA clearly states that in cases of disputed accuracey the CRA shall reinvestigate and record the CURRENT status of the account. I guess I'll have to file suit against you for violating my rights. How about your violation of sections 604, 605, 607, (611)? What about those?
