Chris, Thanks so much for your page. Has Experian ever heard of the FCRA? Do they know about section 611 which states that in the case of disputed accuracy the CRA shall reinvestigate and record the CURRENT status of that information? Where is the FTC? Why can't I find any listing for violations of 611? Where are our elected officials? Probably having their asses wiped with gold toilet paper, having booze poured down their throats and having OUR money stuffed into their pockets by lobby groups. Is that the new American way?
