Dispute the foreclosure with Equifax.

Usually the foreclosure will be removed because they can't verify with the lender who went out of business.

If the data comes from public records, they may not remove it. But that sounds unlikely, because it looks like the dates are not correct. If you can't get it removed, consider going to Court (Small Claims) with the documentation you have about the mortgage fraud.

Most likely that won't be necessary.
