My question to Fair Isaac about combined credit inquiries

I would like to know WHICH inquiries are now combined to count as one inquiry.

Example:

Consumer shops for car and VISA. Consumer credit is accessed every Wednesday for VISA credit and every Saturday by a car dealer.

How many inquiries are counted for Credit Scoring purposes after 10 weeks?
