A negative item on your report stays for 7 years of the last activity? What does last activity mean? What if I didpute the charge, and I loose. Does that count as last activity? Or does last activity mean, last payment or past due payment? Also, can the charge legally stay on my report more than 7 years? Can the creditors seek the money after 7 years? Help? Help?
PS Do creditors allow 10-20 year payments, with no interest, and 50% of the money? It's better than chapetr 7.
