I suggest you dispute all the incorrect data.

Heard of one way to remove the BK:

Lawyer goes to Courthouse and steals file.

I don't know why they wouldn't have the filings on microfiche. They don't have the only copy in the file, or do they?

Christine

: After receiving only two of the reports from the CRAs so far, I found basically similar incorrect information: 2 creditors that continued reporting past due balances even though they had been discharged, and 2 other collection agencies reporting past due balances on 2 other accounts that were also discharged...all other information seemed accurate, nothing too majoy, 1 duplicate entry for a bank loan for my vehicle under two separate names (same account numbers and I hadn't changed addresses or anything) however, I pay that as agreed...and let's see...also 2-3 inquiries that I KNOW I did not authorize and was recently told I cannot dispute those....

: Information on clearing bankruptcy off record would be interesting although suspicious
