Sue the creditors who maliciously verified incorrect data.
After your dispute you should have received detailed info from the bureaus: who confirmed the accounts and when.
It you didn't get that, sue the credit bureaus and file a complaint with the FTC.
It is VERY easy to establish who an account belongs to.
If you don't want to waste your time and/or need more help, you can pay me to do the disputes for you and if necessary find you a lawyer.

: My cradit report contains some of my dead Sister-in-Laws poor credit. We have the same name and when applying for credit I am continuously denied due to her references. The major reporting agencies won't except my reasons for the error. What do I do?
