I hate web forms. Mainly because they usually waste my time and don't give me a copy of whatever I typed. It's idiotic!

But, since Ferriscom has a better web site than AT&T, I thought I'd go through the effort of copying what I typed in that stupid form into my E-mail and sent it to myself.

I got no response. Subsequently I searched their web site again and found an E-mail address. So I E-mailed a follow up and then got the response that they don't do biz in AZ.

How odd. They hype the AT&T nationwide plan. I didn't see anywhere in their site anything about selling services only in one area, which I still don't know what it is.

I suspect that they just didn't want to deal with me because I had some questions. Time is money. And they're looking for people who just send em their credit card #.

But at least they could have responded to my form submission. That's what really pisses me off. They only contact who they think is going to make them an easy buck.

I'm wondering if you do business in AZ and if you're going to respond and if yes, by what date I can expect your response.

Thank you

I'm looking for cell service, going to be in AZ mostly in Winter, going up the west coast to Alaska next summer.

As I do biz via E-mail, I'm looking for a 3 Watt bag phone that will hopefully work with my Megahertz XJ 4288 card modem. And of course unlimited nites/weekends would be nice (do work on the web too).

Appreciate your response,

Christine Baker
