Some years again I had a credit card with a Disney Credit Union. Well I went over the limit one too many times and the following year failed to renew the card. So now I'm making these payments ona max'd out card, and continue to get charged interest, and Finance charges that show as "PURCHASES" for $9.63 a month. Now each "PURCHASE" gets interest added on. Even though I'm paying way more than the monthly min. I've. Not only does this say it's a purchase but as well a Cash Advance.

I'm cleaning up my credit from where I made the mistakes, but this is like robbery. I can't use the available credit, but they can.

Is there anything I can do ???

Probably they are tagging you every month because you are 'over limit.' You should see if you can find someone who will loan you enough money to either pay off the debt entirely or bring it under the limit. How much do you owe total and how much is the limit?
